"Nourishing the Planet" Interview with Chuck Benbrook

TOC Chief Scientist Chuck Benbrook has joined the Scientific Advisory Group working with the Worldwatch Institute's "Nourishing the Planet" project.
This project is currently conducting the research and writing the 2011 "State of the World" report, which will focus on advancing global food security. The Gates Foundation is supporting "Nourishing the Planet" and publication of the 2011 "State of the World" report.
Interviews are conducted with each advisory committee member and published on the "Nourishing the Planet" blog.
