2020 New Year's Resolution #10: Ditch the pesticides that are hiding in your body – in less than a week! Eat organic!

Looking all the way back to February of 2019, our New Year’s Resolutions highlight a study published in  Environmental Research showing that switching from a conventional to an organic diet for less than a week reduces levels of pesticides in both children and adults. This study tested for a broad range of pesticides including neonicotinoids. This study’s important work contributes to the growing body of research that shows how eating organic food can reduce exposure to pesticides associated with non-certified organic agriculture.
